lounge-diner with a woodburning stove.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen leads into a small, but pleasant
and bright breakfast room where you can enjoy the unspoiled view across
Northumbrian countryside. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment
and a toilet.
On the first floor
is the large double bedroom with
ensuite toilet and washbasin.
Outside there is
a well kept garden with patio, barbeque and garden furniture. The property
has off-road parking and secure bicycle storage
The log burning
stove gives the main room a cosy atmosphere, making it a pleasurable
place to dine or relax while the oil fired central heating keeps the
whole house snug.
Fuel (oil central
heating, logs and electricity), bed linen (duvet), towels and tea towels
are included in the rent.
